What we are looking for

  • 2+ years experience in UX/UI Design
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience designing with product teams
  • Bachelor degree in IT, UX/UI or equivalent
  • Strong understanding of iOS and Android design guidelines
  • Experience designing dense and responsive layouts for the web
  • Deep appreciation and talent for simple solutions to complex problems
  • Ability to clearly and effectively communicate ideas and solutions
  • Eager to work in team environment and share know-how
  • Be open to receiving feedback and constructive criticism
  • Be passionate about all things UX and other areas of design and innovation
  • Proficiency with Figma, Invision, Photoshop, Illustrator and other design tools
  • Good idea visualization and presentation skills
  • Excellent time-management, multi-tasking, and communication skills
  • Easily adapts to new situations and changes
  • Has a keen attention to detail and is organized
  • Fluent in English

What you will be doing

  • Translate concepts into wireframes and mockups that lead to intuitive user experiences, by researching, prototyping and testing for digital channels
  • Clearly articulate your design vision and provide suggestions on best practices for bringing designs to life, while satisfying user and technical requirements and delivering interactive components, page layouts, logos, icons, etc.
  • Execute and research interaction design and visual as a part of a multi-disciplinary team
  • Collaborate and share knowledge with other team members (designers, developers and product managers)
  • Contribute, update and maintain a company-wide style guide
  • Respect and follow the code of conduct, general rules and principles of the company
  • Fulfill other duties that are necessary for company well-being, safety and security
